Dani and the technician working on my car were both welcoming, helpful and professional. Unfortunately two of the faults that were apparently resolved have now reoccurred.

Great customer service, met on arrival and updated throughout day with txt msgs confirming stages vehicle at through recall, vehicle also given free safety inspection/wash hoover and complimentary gift for recall, vehicle ready at collection time.

I can't fault the experience. The staff were friendly and the service and MoT were carried in good time. I waited in the showroom whilst the work was carried out and enjoyed a coffee and looking at the new Minis on display.

The vehicle service itself was great. My car was returned in great condition with a lovely clean car. Unfortunately the customer service really let down my experience.

Overall the experience was ok but receptionist were not engaging, and on a basic level I tried to wash my windshield the day after to find the reservoir was empty! This and what else was missed during a major service??

The chat was minimal, at our last Mini service I bought the current Mini as they had reviewed the car and made me an almost no cost offer to buy another new o, but additional two years of payments offer that allowed us to renew (Peter Vardy at Seaf.)

Eastern Mini have always been great when the car has had issues able to book the car in at a suitable date and a courtesy car supplied, they are also very proactive in helping me get this car rejected.

It was prompt however pick up was frustrating as we were at the centre for 8am however had to wait for the centre to open late and then another 10 minutes to simply have the car brought around and then 10 minutes before someone gave me my keys
