Im very satisfied with the whole experience. As with the previous comment Louis was very knowledgable and kept me up to speed throughout. Louis was kind enough to invite me down to demonstrate the fratures of my new Mini.

The Motability adviser phoned to let me know the car was ready to pick up earlier than expected, so I was really excited. Then he said that I couldn't pick it up. He forgot to order a part so was delayed even further ??

Barnaby from Mini at new bridge in Edinburgh was great from start to finish. He was so helpful, patient and took time to explain everything so well especially since this wasy first time getting a mini. He kept in touch and updated me so well.

Found the whole experience really good and felt up to date before receiving the car. Great experience when first got the the car. However emails have not been replied to after handover of car about purchasing car mats for the car.

Dani always cheerful and helpful. Quick booking in. Lost two pairs of sunglasses (1 Raybans, 1 Varifocal) in car despite searching and emptying car before taking it in for MOT could not find either. Found and left neatly on back seat! THANK YOU1

advised that window was cleaned when refitted and the vehicle would have a complimentary wash and clean, vehicle was hoovered however water marks left on vehicle which looked like a hose had just been quickly put over. Windows were still dirty.

I can't fault the experience. The staff were friendly and the service and MoT were carried in good time. I waited in the showroom whilst the work was carried out and enjoyed a coffee and looking at the new Minis on display.

Overall the experience was ok but receptionist were not engaging, and on a basic level I tried to wash my windshield the day after to find the reservoir was empty! This and what else was missed during a major service??

The chat was minimal, at our last Mini service I bought the current Mini as they had reviewed the car and made me an almost no cost offer to buy another new o, but additional two years of payments offer that allowed us to renew (Peter Vardy at Seaf.)
