Everything ran smoothly, the driver collected when he was supposed to, he called before arriving. He was polite and professional when he arrived. Communication from Eastern was good, every step was explained and my car was returned promptly.

Ian Fraser and his team are so friendly and helpful, they put the customer first. On this occasion Kellie Ousey was professional in providing me a Mini I'm proud to drive. It took 6 days from choosing my car to delivery, you simply can't beat that.
