Needed my car back by 2pm which was achieved. Car looked great. Only down point is I was standing waiting for a while before someone helped me but there were only 2 members of staff on the floor and they were both busy
Great service while I was there but they recommended I get unnecessary repairs done to my mini
All was good apart from the time I had to wait to pick up my car. Wasn't booked into while you wait service.
The chap who booked my Mini in and looked after me, kept me informed. Even the young girl doing the hoovering smiled, I was most impressed.

The friendly and well informed staff looked after me very well and were very patient with me as I went on the journey of deciding on what my MINI would be .
Servicing department at Eastern Mini are very good but your labour costs are pretty shocking
Paul was really helpful, but in no way pushy. The other person (Owen?) was very knowledgeable, too.

Despite an error on my part around service schedules, I was treated well and kept informed throughout. Car Pick up and return was on time.
Mini Genius did not really know the answers to some of my questions, i.e. how was the sat NAV maps updated, was the car supplied with run flats he actually gave me the wrong answer, did not know the correct function of the cruise control buttons.
Their business is to sell cars. Mostly, the sale will depend on the terms of the part exchange deal, which in this case were fair and reasonable. At the end of the day, it is a question of how much it will cost in money terms to replace the vehicle
Dropped car off and was taken into city centre by courtesy bus. On returning car was ready and it all went seamlessly.

Great service and product but its expensive for a small car
From the first time entering the showroom for the initial enquiry right through to the hand over of our new car I cannot find a single thing I was unhappy with.

The care and attention to detail, the information that was available for this completely new Mini venture was amazing!I had a very enthusiastic and genuine sales person who went out of his way to let me try the Mini and check out the boot storage.

I would have given a 5 star however I was kept waiting at my winter check recently due to ? the workshop. It wasn't a great problem but could have been.
